Parents & Caregivers
Parents and Caregivers
Mesa County Partnership for Children and Families (PCF) believes that strong families and children create a valued, healthy and thriving community.
In addition, we believe every family needs support at home, work and throughout the community to create a supportive environment. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, guardian or other Mesa County caregiver of a young child, you are a critical teacher and resource. And we’re here to support you.
Support for families
Between employment, ongoing education, childcare, your children’s school and activities, and everything else, it can be challenging to balance it all when you have a family. PCF aims to provide resources that help make it a little easier. Here are a few resources we have available to parents and caregivers:
Connection to childcare
PCF is a child care resource and referral (CCR&R) source and can provide you with all sorts of details about how to find available providers and how to make sure they’re the right fit for you and your family. Visit our Find a Provider page for more details, or call 1-877-338-2273.
Family-friendly events and activities
Every month, PCF collects a listing of free and low-cost activities that are available in Mesa County. If you’re looking for a great answer to “what are we going to do today?” we highly recommend you check it out. Just follow us on Facebook to find our latest calendar.
