Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is designed to help first-time mothers and their child begin a healthy life together. Specially trained registered nurses support mothers to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies; become the best moms they can be; learn and practice things that make them more confident as mothers; and get referrals for health care, child care, job training, and other support services available in the community to continue education, develop job skills or follow dreams for the future.
